the other night, my family and I ventured out and ate at S Vietnamese Fine Dining, and fine dining it sure was. the dinner menu may be a little up there in the dollar bills, but you definitely get what you pay for. all of the drinks were delicious, the appetizers were uniquely flavorful, the entrees were super juicy and succulent, and the dessert was just as sweet and amazing. don't I sound like a food critic? ;) yeah right, but take a look.

my family came for one main reason, of course.

does our lovely waitress look familiar at all? she's the real reason why we came.

looks interesting, right? 'twas a simple and tasty start.

vietnamese inspired ceviche (the halibut in it was highly on point).

my favorite of all our entrees was the "bo luc lac", sautéed diced filet mignon.

the sweet banana flambé, which consisted of fire, which was legit!

and a yummy little vietnamese cassava cake.
it was all yum to the tum for sure (that doesn't even do it justice), and a total treat (thanks mom and dad!). I don't even remember the names for all of the dishes (heck, I can't even pronounce them), but everything was presented so nicely and top notch for sure. talk about gourmet. oh, and if you do happen to go and you just so happen to get a lovely waitress named Ashley, make sure to give her a good tip, seriously. she deserves it.
ay caramba.
writing this made me kinda hungry.
maybe I'll go grab a snack
xo.
